What we need

Submit
One drawing — DWG or PDF
Top view of your stand with both tables on the same sheet. Nothing else.

You send

  • Your stand dimensions
  • Where each point sits in your stand
  • Weight and height of each point

We do

  • Choose the structural points above your stand
  • Get the venue's structural approval
  • Supply and install all rigging

You do not need to know anything about the dome structure.

Weights

Tell us the weight you need at each point. We confirm what we can hang once we have checked the structure above your stand.

Capacity is not the same everywhere. The spacing of the fixing points, air-conditioning ducts and fire detection all affect what we can use above a particular stand. Send your drawing early, especially if any point is heavy.

Tell us if anything moves during the show.

The whole submission on one sheet. Each point labelled with number, weight and height; both tables placed on the drawing; title block at the bottom.
  • All points must be inside your own stand.
  • Positions are measured from the origin corner you mark.
  • Trim height is to the underside of your structure. Allow 1.50 m above it for the hoist and hardware.
  • Table A and Table B totals must match.

Rules

Not permitted

  • Copper, or any metal other than aluminium and galvanised steel, in the hanging assembly.
  • Cutting, drilling, welding or modifying anything belonging to the venue.
  • Fixing ground-support structures to the dome.
  • Hanging points outside your own stand.
  • Custom structures: bolts only, no screws. Rated lifting eyes, bolted through.
  • Banners need a pipe, battens or grommets. No screw-in eyes.
  • Your own lifting equipment must be SWL marked, with a third-party certificate under six months old.
  • Anything different from your approved drawing on arrival may not be installable.

What happens next

  1. 01
    You submit — sign in, pick your stand, upload your drawing.
  2. 02
    We review — anything missing comes back with notes, not a rejection.
  3. 03
    The venue approves — this is why the 14-day deadline is firm.
  4. 04
    You get your permit — download it and bring it to site.
